1. About this site and our services
This website is run by Sterling Coverage Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent insurance agency. Sterling Watnem is a licensed health insurance advisor, NPN 22079605, licensed in 14 states. You can see the details on our Licenses page.
We can also assist people in 17 more states where we are not licensed yet. In those states we can help you find the right option, but we can't sell you a policy until we are licensed there.
We help people compare health plans and enroll. The plans themselves are offered and run by insurance companies. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency or the Health Insurance Marketplace.
We don't offer every plan available in your area. To learn about all your options, you can also contact the Health Insurance Marketplace or your state department of insurance.
The information on this website is general. It isn't legal, tax, or medical advice.
2. Estimates and no guarantee
The estimate tool shows general estimates based on the answers you enter and on 2026 plan-year data we maintain. An estimate is not a quote, an offer of coverage, or a promise of any price.
Your actual price, any tax credit, your eligibility, and your benefits are set by the insurance company or the Marketplace, and they can be different from what you see here. Private plans are medically underwritten: the insurance company reviews your health before approving you, so approval isn't guaranteed.
Nothing on this website guarantees coverage, approval, a particular price, or any savings. Examples are for illustration only.
3. Calls, texts, and email
When you call, text, email, or book a call with us, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number or email address you used, to reply and to follow up on your request.
When you send your quote through the Send Quote to Sterling form, you check a box agreeing that Sterling Watnem and his assistant may contact you by phone, text, or email about your health insurance inquiry, at the phone number and email address you enter.
- Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
- You don't have to agree to be contacted in order to buy anything from us.
4. Outside services and links
Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. What you enter there is covered by Calendly's own terms and privacy notice, in addition to ours. Quotes you send through the website are delivered by Resend, an email service, and stored with Cloudflare, our website host.
This website links to other sites, such as insurance companies, government agencies, and license lookup tools. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
5. Using this website
Please use the website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that is fair to others. You agree not to:
- Give false information, use the estimate tool to pretend to be someone else, or send someone else's contact details without their permission.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the website.
- Use automated tools to copy the website's content or data.
6. Ownership
The content, design, and logo on this website belong to Sterling Coverage Solutions or the people who license them to us. You may view the website and save your own estimate for personal use. Please don't copy or reuse our content for another purpose without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limits of liability
This website is provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we can't promise it is always complete, up to date, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sterling Coverage Solutions is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses, or for decisions you make based on an estimate or other information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right or responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The changes take effect when we post them here, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when that was. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
